If your dog is not already a Camper, they must first pass a temperament test and stay for at least one full day of daycare.
Once your pup has passed their initial temperament test, they will be required to spend at least one full day (minimum of six hours and a fee of $25) in daycare.
During their day of play we are watching to see how they interact with other campers, if they settle in after a while, whether they have severe separation issues or if they are disruptive to the pack. At the end of their day, we will let you know if we think your pup would be comfortable enough to spend nights at the Camp.
If they pass their “test” day, you can now schedule your pup for their sleepover and leave a one-night deposit. Deposits can be refunded with 48-hour notice of cancellation.
We STRONGLY encourage you to bring your pup for a few days of play before their first boarding stay so they can acclimate to our camp and staff. This always makes the sleepover easier.
Before your pup arrives for their stay, please fill out our Boarding Checklist (which is found in the confirmation email you received after scheduling). This ensures proper and consistent care during their stay.
We require that your pup is dropped off BEFORE NOON the day they sleep over. You can pick them up during normal business hours after their last night.

Shohreh Schaghaghi1 StarThe worse doggy care so far I have tried! I had to pick up my dog after only few minutes being left there. (This is after she already being evaluated and got accepted to this location). Within the first few minutes, I checked the camera and saw they put a leash on her and dragging her somewhere else that I couldn’t see. They separated her within not even 5 minutes being there. I called right away while still on the same street to see where they took her and they said she was very playful and she has too much energy! Da! She is a puppy and super curious also in a new place! Give her more than 5 minutes to get adjusted to her new environment! I also specifically asked them if she was aggressive toward anyone or any dog (which she never is) and they said no she is very sweet but just has too much energy! So basically they took her away within few minutes only because she likes to run and play! Absolutely disappointed of the whole operation at this location. For sure not even going to try the other campuses they have if they all using the same mentality and evaluation for judging a new&young dog.Tuesday 13th February 2024
Christine Altrock5 StarOur pup loves coming here! Lots of space to run around, water play and no kennels when it’s time to sleep. Report cards said my pup liked to snuggle the humans during sleep overs. Staff friendliness can be hit or miss but everyone seems to treat the dogs well.Wednesday 18th October 2023
Alexa King5 StarMy baby is so happy to come here for daycare everyday. We started off two days a week and soon moved to 5 days a week as she still needed some energy to be let loose ;)
They are great with all the doggies here and all of them are so sweet. I highly recommend Camp if you are wanting your pup to have the time of their life while you are at work or away!Monday 18th November 2019
Kimiko Augustine5 StarI was looking for a place I could take my one year old Russell Terrier for a couple hours a week. I wanted him to be able to socialize with other dogs in a safe and fun environment. #camprunamutt is the place!
The super friendly staff greeted Tucker at the door and ushered him straight in to doggie heaven!
They sent me a text after few hours to let me know my pup was having a blast.
When he was picked up at the end of the he received a super cute report card that reflected his day at camp.
As dog owners we want feel secure knowing our fur kids are in good hands and I can really say that Camp Run-a-Mutt fits the bill.Saturday 25th January 2020
Kelly Culbert5 StarMy 2 Labradanes both started going to Camp as puppies. Many, many years later, Camp is such a huge part of our lives. The owners and staff are beyond amazing and have become like a second family! Everyone shows so much love, care and attention to not only my dogs, but every dog I have ever seen them come in contact with. While my dogs are usually daily campers, they also board on occasion, which is another wonderful experience. The fact that humans sleep overnight with my dogs (cage free) is more than I could ever ask for. I am a helicopter dog mom, but I never worry when I drop my boys off at Camp - I am so thankful every day for their services!Tuesday 1st October 2019
